Finally, I have managed to finish something!!
I have big ideas and start many a crafty creation, however the ones that actually get finished are few and far between. (Don't worry Sarah your blanket is being chipped away at... at a snails pace might I add.)
When Hag goes away I go into a frenzy and do all sorts of things I wouldn't normally do... like clean out the wardrobe, eat chocolate biscuits for tea, rearrange the bookshelf, stay up 'til 11pm . Ya' know... weird things.
Anyway, last night I started and finished this puppy...
And I am rapt with it!!
If I do say so myself!
I am so in love with beautiful vintage fabrics like these and managed to somehow muddle my way through making this patchwork blanket, praying and hoping that it would turn out the way I imagined it in my head (usually things like this do.not.)
I made it for Sylvies cot, however when Claudia spied it in there she just had to get in with it!
Say 'cheeeeese'!
Looks like someone else is pretty rapt with it too...
